On June 22, 2026, legal counsel sent a formal demand letter to Susan Sember, Silverlight Press, and Silverlight Films LLC concerning Nicole B. Gebhardt’s publishing relationship.
The requests in the letter largely reflected the same issues we had raised during the preceding months; the difference was that they were now presented formally through legal counsel.
The letter requested several specific actions and categories of records, including:
